From charming starter homes to luxurious estate properties, we focus on quality of craftsmanship as well as budget and other project constraints. We work with you to ensure your vision is met from the design phase to completion date.
Born and raised in Lloydminster, Jody started his career within his family’s construction company. Upon graduating University with two undergraduate degrees, Jody began teaching at the local school system while simultaneously starting up J.D. Pollard Developments. As the company grew, Jody left teaching to be able to dedicate more time and energy to building quality homes in Lloydminster and area.
Jody is passionate about the community and spending time with his family. He has enjoyed being involved in the local sports scene as a participant, coach, volunteer, and fan.
